For fence contractors · 10–50 crews
Turn a satellite drawing into a signed fence job — in minutes
FenceFlow replaces the slow site-visit-to-quote cycle: draw the fence line on satellite imagery and get a costed, signable estimate — then run the job, the crew, and the invoice in one place.

Quoting is slow — and it’s costing you jobs
You drive out to measure, build the material list by hand, and type up a quote — days later. Half the time the homeowner already signed with whoever answered first. And your scheduling and invoicing live in three disconnected tools that never talk to each other.
Drive-out measures
Hours per lead before you’ve quoted a dime.
Hand-built material lists
Posts, panels, gates, concrete — re-counted every time.
3 disconnected tools
CAD takeoff, a calendar, and QuickBooks that never sync.
One workflow, from satellite line to deposit
The estimating-to-invoice platform built specifically for fencing — not a generic field-service app with fencing bolted on.
Draw on satellite, get a costed estimate
Trace the fence line on satellite imagery and FenceFlow measures the run with Haversine footage, auto-places posts at your spacing, and counts corners and gates for you. Out comes a line-item estimate priced three ways — cost-plus, per linear foot, or full line-item — off your own material recipes.
Estimate, e-sign, schedule, and invoice in one place
Send the estimate as a PDF with a magic-link e-signature — no account for the homeowner. A signed estimate becomes a job, drops onto a crew × date scheduling grid, handles change orders, and turns into an invoice. No more QuickBooks + spreadsheet + calendar juggling.
An offline field view your foremen actually use
The foreman view caches today’s jobs and reads on-site even with no signal, then replays updates when the truck rolls back into coverage. Spanish-localized so your crews work in the language they speak.
How it works
From a property address to a signed job in three steps.
- Step 1
Draw the fence
Pull up the property on satellite, trace the runs, drop gates. FenceFlow computes linear footage, posts, corners, and gate hardware automatically — overrides stick when you nudge a post.
- Step 2
Send a signable estimate
Pick a pricing mode, review the auto-generated line items, and send a branded PDF. The homeowner reviews and signs from a magic link — no login, no app to install.
- Step 3
Run the job to invoice
The signed estimate becomes a scheduled job on the crew board. Track change orders, then invoice and record the payment — the whole chain lives in one system.
“Placeholder testimonial — we cut our turnaround from a two-day drive-and-quote to a same-hour signed estimate. Slot reserved for a real design-partner contractor.”

Simple, per-company pricing
One subscription for your whole shop — owners, sales, and field crews. No per-seat nickel-and-diming. Pricing scales with the size of your operation, and one extra won bid usually covers it for months. We’ll walk through exact numbers on your demo.
Frequently asked questions
- How accurate is the map-drawn estimate?
- FenceFlow measures linear footage from your traced line using Haversine geometry on satellite imagery — typically within a few percent on a clean property line, which is plenty for a competitive bid. Post counts, corners, and gate hardware come straight from your post spacing and the geometry, so the material list is consistent every time. You can nudge any post or override a run length before you send.
- Do I still need to drive out and re-measure?
- For most residential and light-commercial bids, the satellite estimate is accurate enough to quote and win the job without a site visit first — that is the whole point of the wedge. You can still confirm on the final measure before install. The goal is to collapse the site-visit-to-quote cycle from days to minutes so you bid more jobs.
- What fence types does it handle?
- Wood, chain link, vinyl, and aluminum out of the box, with material recipes you control (post spacing, panel/picket math, rails, caps, concrete, gate hardware). Because pricing is recipe-driven, you can model ranch rail, composite, and custom styles by editing the catalog.
- Does this replace ArcSite and QuickBooks?
- It replaces ArcSite for fence takeoff and estimating — FenceFlow understands posts, gates, and corners automatically instead of making you draw CAD. It also replaces the spreadsheet-plus-calendar layer for scheduling and the manual handoff to invoicing. You can keep QuickBooks for your books; FenceFlow handles quoting through invoice and records payments.
- Do you support Spanish for field crews?
- Yes. The app is fully localized in English and Spanish, including the offline foreman view, so your field crews work in the language they speak while the office stays in English.
- How do I get access — is there a free trial?
- FenceFlow is invite-only right now while we onboard our first contractors hands-on. Request access or book a demo and we will set you up and walk through drawing one of your own jobs. Pricing is simple and per-company — we will talk through it on the call.
