Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. The service

FenceFlowprovides estimating, job management, and invoicing software for fence contractors. Your company's account is provisioned by invitation; by signing in you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company that invited you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your sign-in. Keep your email account secure — sign-in links sent to it grant access to FenceFlow. Tell your administrator promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the customer records, estimates, drawings, photos, and other content your company stores in FenceFlow. We access it only to operate and support the service. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you are responsible for having the right to store the customer information you enter.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other companies' data, probing or disrupting the platform, sending unlawful communications through it, or reselling access without our written agreement.

5. Estimates and pricing outputs

Material formulas, cost calculators, and generated estimates are tools, not guarantees. Verify measurements, local costs, and code requirements before committing to a customer price. FenceFlow is not liable for the commercial outcome of jobs quoted with the software.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces the service your company relies on, your administrator may terminate the agreement.

7. Termination

Your company's administrator can remove users or close the account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms after reasonable notice where practical. On closure we make account data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

8. Contact
