What we collect

To operate FenceFlow we store the account details you sign in with (name, email, company, role), the business records your company creates (leads, customers, properties, estimates, jobs, invoices, photos, and documents), and basic operational logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the product: rendering your dashboards, generating estimates and PDFs, sending the emails and notifications you trigger (such as sign-in links, estimate deliveries, and invoice notices), and diagnosing errors. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Multi-tenant isolation

Every business record is scoped to your company. Data belonging to one company is never served to users of another, and cross-company access checks are enforced on every query.

Where it lives

FenceFlow runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit, and files and database storage are encrypted at rest with AWS-managed keys.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in and a locale preference cookie. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your customers' information

Contractors using FenceFlow enter contact details for their own customers. That data is controlled by the contractor; we process it on their behalf. If you are a homeowner who received an estimate or portal link, contact your fence contractor for questions about your information — they can correct or delete it from their account.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your company's account is active. When an account is closed we keep an export available for 30 days and then delete the company's data from production systems, with backups aging out on a rolling schedule.
