Refund Policy

FenceFlow is operated by Idea Engine LLC. FenceFlow has no in-app checkout today: each company's price, term and renewal are set in its order form or invoice, and this policy applies unless that order form says otherwise.
Cancelling
A company owner can cancel at any time by emailing support@idea-engine.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep access until then. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Refunds
Fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable, except: (a) if we end the service without cause, or it is materially unavailable and we can't fix it, we refund the unused, prepaid portion; and (b) if you were charged in error, we refund the error in full. Contact us within 30 days of an invoice with any billing question.
Your customers' payments
FenceFlow does not collect payments from homeowners. Refunds of deposits or payments made to a contractor are between the homeowner and that contractor.
